Relaxed dining and enjoyment in a convivial and contemporary atmosphere
restaurant la Trinité in Sluis is located in the former ABNAMRO bank building, in the heart of the town centre on the Damse Vaart canal. Where once were the bank counters, there is now the kitchen. The large trunk room has been transformed into a wine vault. A beautiful garden terrace has been created on the former car park where you can have lunch in the spring and summer months.
A few hundred metres from Sluis is the Belgian border. At the time of writing, the sun is shining brightly. Cosily busy, the terraces are full, the shopping streets are crowded with residents, tourists and day-trippers enjoying and shopping.
The chef’s signature dishes are favourites, such as seafood, Anjou pigeon and Asian preparations. François’ creativity is the driving force in the kitchen
and Evelyne’s personal hospitality is unalterably jovial.
